Easy for clients, practical for specialists.
Clients send a request, the specialist offers the times that suit them from their own calendar, and the client picks one with a tap.
A short form in two steps.
Free until launch. Three more months free for salons that join before 1 February 2027.
Clients ask, you offer, they pick.
Clients never see your calendar or its free slots. They tell you what they need, and you offer the times.
-
1 The client sends a request
They choose the service, a specialist or “Anyone available”, the days that suit them, the part of the day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) and leave a note.
-
2 The specialist offers times
In the conversation with the client, they tap “Propose times” and choose a few from their real calendar.
-
3 The client picks a time
One tap on “Pick a time” and the appointment is in both calendars. If none suits them, they answer “None of these work” and say what would.
What Halona does for your salon
Your calendar stays yours
Nobody books themselves into a gap you didn’t want filled. Each specialist decides which times to offer, and two clients can’t take the same time.
One conversation per client
Each client and specialist share one conversation, with every request, offer and confirmation in it. A message can’t be edited or deleted once sent.
Clients who phone or walk in
Add them with a name and a phone number and book them yourself. They’re clients like any other, and you can invite them into the app later.
Your salon’s page
Photos, services with prices and durations, the team, opening hours and the address. The salon can be private, by invitation only, or public, listed on Halona by city.
Notifications on your phone
You hear about anything waiting on you: a new request, an offered time, a confirmation, a message. A reminder comes 24 hours before each appointment.
A file for every client
The owner has the salon’s client list and each client’s file, with their appointment history. From there you call or book them directly.
Each specialist has their own calendar and clients.
The owner invites the specialists into the salon. Each one gets their own calendar, requests and conversations.
- The owner sees every member’s calendar, can book into it, and has a conversation with each member of the team.
- Requests for “Anyone available” go to the owner, who gives each one to a specialist.
- The owner never reads a specialist’s conversations with clients. What a specialist and their client write stays between them.
Free until launch.
Halona costs salons nothing until it launches. Salons that join before 1 February 2027 get three more months free after the launch.

What salons ask us
I work on my own. Is Halona for me too?
Yes. You’re the owner and the only specialist: requests come straight to you, and you offer times from your own calendar. If you later work with someone, you invite them and they get their own calendar.
Do my clients need an account?
Yes. To send you requests and pick times, clients need a Halona account. Clients who don’t want one, you add yourself with a name and a phone number.
What about clients who don’t use apps?
You book them yourself, as you do now: add them with a name and a phone number and put the appointment in the calendar. You can invite them into the app later.
Is there an app to download?
No. Halona works in the browser and installs from there like an app, on the phone and the computer.
Can I keep my salon private?
Yes. A private salon is reached only by the people you invite. A public salon is listed on Halona in your city, and anyone with a Halona account can send you a first request.
What does it cost?
Nothing until the launch. Salons that join before 1 February 2027 get three more months free after it.
What happens to my clients’ data?
Halona is built for GDPR. A client can download their data or delete their account, and the salon can remove a client.
Is Halona available in English?
Yes. Halona is in Romanian and English, for the salon and for clients. Each person picks their language in the app.
